HELPING KIDS
Rewrite their Stories - One Tap at a Time
It’s Heartbreaking to See Your Child Struggle. You’re Not Alone.
I help sensitive, overwhelmed kids manage big feelings like anxiety and anger, and build lasting self-esteem through gentle, play-based EFT Tapping and NLP.

About Me
For years in the classroom, I saw a common thread: bright, wonderful children held back by anxiety, overwhelm, and a lack of self-belief. I knew I wanted to do more than just teach curriculum; I wanted to give them the tools to navigate their inner world. That’s what led me to specialize in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
Now, with over 5 years of experience supporting children (including those with autism and ADHD).
I am dedicated to helping kids navigate their biggest challenges:
- Big Feelings: Managing anxiety, anger, and overwhelm.
Life Changes: Adapting to new siblings, moving house, and other big transitions.
- School Challenges: Building focus, navigating friendships, and growing confidence.
Using play-based techniques, I guide them to:
- Process big emotions through stories, creativity, and play.
- Build practical tools for calmness and emotional resilience.
- Reframe challenges and turn worries into strengths.

HAVE QUESTIONS?
Frequently Asked Questions
What are NLP and EFT?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is like a user manual for the brain. It helps children understand how their thoughts and words affect their feelings, allowing them to “rewire” unhelpful patterns into positive ones.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) often called “tapping,” is a gentle method where children tap on acupressure points on their body. This helps calm the nervous system, reducing the intensity of big feelings like anxiety and anger. It’s a powerful tool that feels like a game to kids.
How can these techniques help my child?
I use child-friendly NLP and EFT to help your child:
- Manage anxiety, worry, and overwhelming emotions.
- Build confidence and self-esteem.
- Improve focus and navigate social situations.
- Cope with changes like a new school or a new sibling.
- Develop resilience and emotional tools they can use for life.
Are these sessions suitable for children with Autism or ADHD?
Absolutely. My approach is highly adaptable and sensory-friendly. I have over 5 years of experience working with neurodiverse children in schools. Sessions are play-based and tailored to your child’s unique communication style, interests, and energy levels.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are never one-size-fits-all! We might use stories, drawings, puppets, or games. For example, we could use a “worry monster” puppet to talk about fears and then use gentle tapping (EFT) to calm the worry. It’s a supportive and often fun space where your child feels safe to explore their feelings.
How many sessions will my child need?
This depends entirely on your child and their goals. Some children see significant shifts in 4-6 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We will discuss a personalized plan after our initial consultation and check in regularly on their progress.
What are your qualifications and experience?
I am a certified NLP and EFT Practitioner. I also have over 5 years of hands-on experience working directly with children, including those with autism and ADHD, in a school setting. This practical experience is invaluable in connecting with and helping children effectively

Posted on Saida JamacTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Azra has been amazing with my 5 year old daughter. The sessions have been tailored to her needs. Azra has interacted with her in a very kind and supportive way which you can tell comes from a genuine place. I would recommend her to anybody looking for help for their little one.Posted on brunilda perhatiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Azra highly enough. She has been absolutely incredible in helping my 7 year-old son learn to express himself and manage his overwhelming feelings and tantrums. From the very first session, Azra made us feel completely comfortable and supported. Her warm, patient, and understanding approach has made such a positive impact on our family. I’ve already noticed a massive difference in the way my son communicates his emotions. Instead of bottling things up or reacting with frustration, he is beginning to tell us how he feels and why. Watching that growth has been so uplifting, and it’s all thanks to the care and guidance Azra provides. We are truly grateful for her dedication and the safe space she creates. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows how to connect with children in a meaningful way, Azra is absolutely wonderful.Posted on Dania HunainTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My 9-year-old daughter has been attending therapy with Azra to help with her emotional regulation. She used to cry frequently over everything, whether it was being told she couldn't have a toy, following instructions, getting ready for school, or turning off the TV. Every daily transition was a struggle. We noticed a positive change after just her second session. She started to apply the techniques she learned to calm herself down without crying. Now, she is noticeably calmer, accepts rules more readily, and has become more open in her communication. Azra also gave me practical and effective tips on how to respond and support my daughter during stressful situations.Posted on Amandeep JuttlaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Azra provided our 4 year old son, with incredible support during his sessions. She created a warm and engaging environment where he felt safe to explore his emotions. The practical strategies she shared, like using fidget toys and chewy necklaces, have been invaluable for his emotional regulation. We also learned how to talk about feelings in a way he understands, which we now use in our day-to-day activities. He truly enjoyed his time with Azra, and the progress he made has been wonderful to see. We highly recommend her to any family seeking gentle, effective support for their child."Posted on Liz Davey-PalkovaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Azra instantly put my son at ease & he thoroughly enjoyed his time with her. Being neurodiverse he has had to cope with a lot of big feelings (a great way of putting it). Azra gently encouraged him to express himself through play. She explored the topics of friendships & next year’s transition to secondary school. I was delighted with her insightful feedback & calming technique. An ideal source of support for any child who needs a boost.
